LMN workshops for Lifelong Skills

Following on the recent success of the LMN workshop, we have evaluated a series of approaches that would help the LMN community build a talented workforce base. However, building this base is a challenge when companies are faced with changing internal requirements, increasing employee demands, and competition for employees.

The LMN workshops aim to:

·         Enhance the performance of teams

·         Build a working environment that promises thinking  ‘out of the box’

·         Resolve communication with vendors and customers

·         Improve the prioritizing skills of teams

 These workshops  are ideal for both new and experienced managers that need to learn the methods to partner and effectively communicate with their direct reports, and provide the appropriate support to keep their teams engaged and productive.These workshops are taking place upon request from LMN member institutions.

For Spring/Summer 09, LMN is scheduling workshops on the following subjects:

Motivation: Motivators & de-motivators within the workplace; gain confidence by using techniques & strategies that you can apply
Stamina as a free choice: Learn to work effectively but not try hard; how do we refresh ourselves
Clarity-transparency: The process of clearing the content & the meaning in all matters
